Cashmere Wrap

An ivory wrap in pure Mongolian cashmere, woven wide enough to fold into a shawl and long enough to wear as a scarf. It is the piece that travels with the house on every journey.

The fibre is gathered from the underfleece of goats on the high steppe, where the cold makes it finer and longer. It is spun to a two-ply yarn and woven at a mill in Biella that works only in cashmere.

Two hundred centimetres by seventy, with a hand-finished fringe at each end. Light enough to pack flat, warm enough for an evening cabin or a winter terrace.

Washed and brushed after weaving so it is soft from the first wearing and pills less than a raw finish would. The ivory is undyed, the natural colour of the fibre.

Arrives folded in tissue in the house box. Dry clean, or hand wash cold and dry flat.
